The statement also gives parent-company net banking income of 599 million dirhams at the end of September. This figure does not cover the same scope as the consolidated 734 million, which covers the whole group. The scope of consolidation did not change in Q3.

Where the income comes from

Money transfer remains the main source of commissions: 274 million dirhams in Q3 (+11%) and 780 million over nine months (+13%).

Payment accounts generated 83 million dirhams of commissions in Q3 (+29%) and 239 million over nine months (+24%). According to the company, the quarter benefited from school support payments in September and the growth of instant transfers, with 46,100 transactions worth 97 million dirhams in that month alone.

Local services brought in 177 million dirhams in Q3 (+6%) and 488 million over nine months (+10%).

Network and investment

Cash Plus has 5,580 points of sale, compared with 5,200 at the end of December 2025. Average revenue per user reached 103 dirhams since the start of the year (+13%). Investment came to 37 million dirhams at September 30, mainly for technology and digital services, according to the statement.

The statement does not give net profit. On the day it was published, Cash Plus shares closed at 212 dirhams, down 1.40%. Nothing links this one-session change to these figures.

To understand this better

  • Net banking income measures what the financial business earns after certain costs linked to that business. It is not the final profit.
  • Volume processed is the total amount of transactions handled by Cash Plus. It is not the company’s revenue: the company earns commissions on part of these flows.
  • “Consolidated” means the figures cover the group, including subsidiaries. “Parent-company” figures cover that company alone.
